Hourly Rates

• Companionship/Home Helper Services/Personal Care Services - $32.50/hour
  
  Meals - Light Housekeeping - Transportation - Medication Reminders - Safety Assistance - Bathing - Dressing - Mobility Assistance - Incontinence Care - Transfers (Please inquire about minimum hours)
• Higher Level of Care (Please inquire about minimum hours) - $36.00/hour

Ancillary Fees

• 2 Clients Per Household -Additional $3.50/hour
• Initial Nursing Assessment (An in-home nursing assessment and care plan, will be completed by a Registered Nurse prior to the start of personal care services. A re-assessment will occur every 90 days thereafter, so any changes in condition can be addressed in the plan of care. - NO Charge

Payment -Preferred payment is through an automatic withdrawal from your financial institution. If payment is with a check a service deposit will be required.

Billing -Invoices are sent out twice a month on the 1st & 16th of each month. Terms are net due within 10 days. A detail of service will be provided with each invoice.
